To begin with our DMs will be coming from a team member not a no-reply entity email address, this being your BDM.

The Process - working with us from start to finish

1. You book in a sales call where we'll break down our services and whether or not you can work with us.

2. On this call, If we are both happy to pull the trigger you will process the initial set up fee as a deposit and we will craft the first months DMs for us to discuss in a follow up meeting 1 week later. If you are happy to proceed we will move forward if not we will refund you the deposit.

3. You are then invited to our communication/work platform. This platform is where our chat, the onboarding process and any content when working with us will be.

4. You complete the 60 minute onboarding process on the platform.

5. All the while we set up the systems in the background.

6. DMs will go live 24 hours after the onboarding is completed.

7. We then optimise DMs as the campaign runs and provide you with 2-3 updates a week:

- Monday Video Loom

- Thursday 2-3 sentence update

- Bi weekly Catch Up Calls

8. Prospects are automatically booked in your calendar as they come through.

9. You are invoiced monthly per prospect that shows up.

10. Every month new DMs are created, approved and sent.
